Stellarvox Community Bulletin – Issue #1

Welcome to the first issue of the Stellarvox Community Bulletin.

First of all we have to say that we are very pleased with the response we have received since opening the forums. Many people from all over the world are joining the community and filling it with life. Also we have to say that we very much appreciate the calm and civilised way in which you communicate with each other.

This bulletin will give you an overview of any important and particularly interesting information and will highlight discussions that have been rated as worth reading by the community. To begin with the bulletin will be released every 2-3 weeks but we will strive to publish it on a weekly basis in the near future.

NEWS SUMMARY

First gameplay trailer released
The response to the gameplay trailer was simply overwhelming and the dev-team is very happy that it was received so well. This has definitely given them a huge motivation boost.

Fan site interview with Dynamedion
The team over at The Prophecy Network wanted to know more about Black Prophecy’s soundtrack and so they asked Tilman Sillescu from Dynamedion for an interview. On top of this interview we provided them with an exclusive piece from Black Prophecy’s soundtrack.

First Black Prophecy wiki available
It seems that the team at The Prophecy Network never sleeps, and along with the interview they have brought their fantastic Black Prophecy wiki online.

Interview with MMORPG.com
In this interview, which has already been released in March, Kirk Lenke, CEO of Reakktor Media, talks with Jon Wood from MMORPG.com about several interesting aspects of the game. This definitely is a must read!

COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT

• Pilot “Delphi” seems to be interested in what kind of PC configuration other community members use. So let him know what your rig looks like!

• Pilot “rXp” has started a discussion about what could happen when your precious ship gets destroyed and if there should be any kind of death penalties.

• Pilot “Michael Corvin” hast created some really cool wallpapers and signatures which you definitely should check out!

• Pilot “Flib” is eager to hear what other pilots have to say about the skill system and what they expect from it.

• Pilot “RE4P3R” really likes big and powerful clan stations and asks if they should be attackable/destroyable. What do you think?

• Pilot “VoiceInTheDesert” has taken a closer look at current MMOs and found some game stereotypes he doesn’t seem to be happy about. Do you agree with him?

• Four new clans have just registered at the fleet command and are now recruiting new pilots to fight for honour and glory.

Indeed. I'm quite thrilled that for the time being, and I hope in the future, that the KK community is watching the fan base and taking it in. I know I'm not alone in saying that I would love the chance to have an open discussion on some of these topics with the staff, but will settle for a bulletin. Thanks guys.
